Drawing is a favorite pasttime for many kids as well as a foundational principle in all visual art. In this session, campers will learn the basics of drawing and illustration and how to design their own characters for a short storybook!

*All camps are recommended for ages 7-13 and are held from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. Discounts are available to full-day registrants with friends or siblings! Meet the Author & Illustrator, April & Jack!

Jack and April are brilliant artists who have had a passion for art and storytelling since childhood. Their individual works complement each other perfectly along with their talents for creating unique, inspirational stories. "Our stories are meant to inspire and spark creativity," April says, "because we believe all innovation starts in the imagination". Jackson Jones studied studio art at Texas A & M University. April has won countless creative writing, art, and poetry competitions. They are Authors of "Reverie I Believe in Me", "Scraggle Princess and many other fun and inspiring titles.
