Texas Private School Safety Conference 

The mission of the Texas Private School Safety Conference is to support private schools in Texas as they seek to meet, exceed, and fund recommended campus safety standards set by research-based best practices and state/federal legislation. This year's conference will focus on safety through prevention.

We welcome sponsorships from our vendors to make this conference a truly rewarding experience for everyone. Four levels of vendor packages are available; see below for the benefits available for the packages.

Platinum $ 7500 (only 3 available)
Gold       $ 4000
Silver      $ 2000
Bronze    $  500

Platinum - $7500 (only 3 available)

  • Will be recognized as the Sponsor for one of the three Keynote Speakers. Company name and logo will be displayed until the Keynote begins his/her presentation.
  • From the date of payment until December 31, 2020, your company name and logo will be added to the conference website along with a link to your website.
  • Your logo will be added to all conference badges.
  • Your logo will be added to add conference notepads.
  • Vendor booth spaces vary slightly by location. Each booth will be located next to the entrance of a breakout area ensuing maximum exposure.
  • Invitation for Sponsor and Instructor Dinner (limited to 4 reps)
  • Will include an additional day of presentation on June 25 during the Welcome Dinner

Gold - $4000 

  • From the date of payment until December 31, 2020, your company name and logo will be added to the conference website along with a link to your website.
  • Your logo will be added to all conference badges.
  • Vendor booth space will include either a 20'x9.5' or a 20'x11.5' booth space with (2) 8' tables and (4) chairs
  • Invitation for Sponsor and Instructor Dinner (limited to 4 reps)
  • Will include an additional day of presentation on June 25 during the Welcome Dinner

Silver - $2000

  • From the date of payment until December 31, 2020, your company name and logo will be added to the conference website along with a link to your website.
  • Vendor booth space will include either a 15'x9.5' or a 15'x11.5' booth space with (2) 6' tables and (2) chairs
  • Invitation for Sponsor and Instructor Dinner (limited to 2 reps)
  • Will include an additional day of presentation on June 25 during the Welcome Dinner

Bronze - $500

  • From the date of payment until December 31, 2020, your company name will be added to the conference website along with a link to your website.
  • Vendor booth space will include either a 10'x9.5' or a 10'x11.5' booth space with (1) 6' table and (2) chairs
  • Invitation for Sponsor and Instructor Dinner (limited to 2 reps)
  • Will include presentation space on June 26-28

Note: We will have two Vendor Halls at the conference. The committee will work to provide the most appropriate location for each vendor based on the breakout sessions being held closest to each hall (i.e. A vendor of medical supplies would be located in the hall nearest to where the “Stop the Bleed” breakout session is held.)
