One of the most difficult things about performing in the pageantry arts is being able to convey your personality and/or character to the audience without words. Isaac Eddy, has been perfecting this art for almost a decade with the Blue Man Group and will offer methods to help you elevate your individual and ensemble's performances.
Session 1: Instructors/Directors (10:30 - 12:00). Learn how to draw out your performers' personalities and sell their performances!
Session 2: Performers (1:00 - 2:30). Work with Isaac to develop methods to find your personality, understand character, and how to apply it to max out your performances!

Isaac Littlejohn Eddy has been performing with the Blue Man Group as a Blue Man for nine years. He has been a part of the show in Chicago, Las Vegas, Boston, New York, and London. He has helped cast and train new Blue Men, cross-train performers into new roles in the show, and captain casts. He now lives in Brooklyn where he performs full time with the Blue Man New York show, and 'moonlights' as a freelance cartoonist and animator for the New Yorker, Time magazine, and the New York Times online. Beyond drumming, acting, and cartooning, Isaac passion's is teaching others his techniques in improv, finding ones own unique voice, and ensemble story telling. Whether it’s a drum corps, a Broadway play, or a poetry reading; the origins of expression are the same and there are universal ways to tap into unchartered creativity and confidence that will make any performance truly soar.
