Fall Workshops 2019: TRANSITIONS 

Our first offering is on Sunday, October 20th and in keeping with the Fall season, will focus on transitions: asanas, seasons, and stages of life. Morning vinyasa practice with an accompanying breakdown and the afternoon will comprise of lecture, Hatha practice, corresponding breakdown workshop, and closing chants. Optional sunset wine Mixer will follow at Jorge's nearby home.

Full Day Workshop start at $125.

• 9:30am-11am Vinyasa Practice
• 11am-12pm Practice Breakdown
• 12pm-1:30pm Lunch
• 1:30pm-3:30pm Practice Breakdown Continued & Lecture
• 3:30pm-3:45pm Break
• 3:45pm-4:45pm Hatha Practice
• 4:45pm-5:30pm Practice Breakdown & Chanting
• 5:30pm- Sunset Wine Mixer at Luna Residence
