Improving Your Online Course
The Quality Matters (QM) program is nationally recognized and has become the most widely used set of standards for the design of online & blended courses in Higher Education. The QM Rubric is a set of 8 General Standards and 43 Specific Review Standards used to evaluate the design of online and hybrid courses.
Quality Matters Workshop: Improving Your Online Course (IYOC)
Date: From Mar 20 - Apr 4 - A fully online workshop
The Improving Your Online Course (IYOC) workshop explores the QM Rubric and provides a framework to improve the quality of online and blended courses. Participants use the QM Rubric to review their own courses and develop a course improvement plan. The workshop is intended for faculty currently teaching online. Participants come away with a plan for course improvement so enrolling in the workshop with a pre-developed online or blended course is required.
Important Information:
- This workshop is for faculty currently teaching a course online at USFSP
- You will earn an IYOC Certificate through Quality Matters.
- You must come with one of your online or blended courses in mind.
