Nancy Adair's journey in the field of dentistry/dental hygiene has enabled her to be a valuable resource on the evolution of dentistry/dental hygiene. Finally... a STEP-by-STEP Implant Protocol!
In this presentation the 2019 Peri-Implantitis Symposium as well at the 2017 AAP Classification of Peri-Implant Disease guidelines/protocols will be shared to demystify and reduce confusion with management of dental implants.
Goal: To incorporate a STEP by STEP management system for treating dental implants for the dental team.
Objectives:
- Discuss the unique traits of dental implants.
- Adopt the recommended IMI system for implant mucosal inflammation.
- Incorporate treatment protocols STEP-by-STEP for healthy, mucositis and the FOUR levels of implantitis.
- Expand the TEAM's role and responsibility from the recall system, scheduling, managing, scripting and OHI.
- Appreciate the HOW and WHEN to collaborate with specialists to improve long term success for dental implants.
Evening includes - complimentary light supper, door prizes and CE certificates.
