Impact Fund hosts this invitation-only event to bring together leading members of the plaintiffs' class action bar to discuss important new developments as well as to plan effective strategies. It is a unique and invaluable opportunity to connect with the most experienced practitioners in our field from the consumer, wage and hour, and civil rights practice areas.
Program
Pre-Conference Introductory Program (1.25 hours CA MCLE credit): For new practitioners, we will provide our Rule 23 Basics program on Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
Class Action Programs (8.75 hours CA MCLE credit):
On Thursday beginning at 3 p.m., we will have presentations on two current topics:

Latest Issues in Artitration and Class Actions
A reception will follow the Thursday session at 6:00 p.m., hosted by Settlement Services, Inc. (SSI): A wholly-owned subsidiary of GCG.
