14th Annual Class Action Conference

Each year, the Impact Fund hosts this invitation-only event to bring together leading plaintiffs’ class action practitioners to discuss important new developments, share knowledge and ideas, and develop strategies for the future. The conference provides an unparalleled opportunity for attendees to connect and forge relationships with like-minded advocates across the country.

 Pre-Conference Introductory Program (1.25 hours CA MCLE credit)

On Thursday at 1:30 p.m., we will provide:

  • Global Perspectives on Class Actions and Impact Litigation Around the World 
  • Rule 23 Class Action Basics

 Class Action Programs (9 hours CA MCLE credit)

On Thursday, starting at 3:00 p.m., the conference will begin with two panel presentations: 

  • Recent Developments in Civil Rights Class Action Law 
  • Class Actions Matter: Success Stories From the Frontlines of Social Change

A cocktail reception will follow Thursday's session, starting at 5:45 p.m.

On Friday, we will have six panel presentations:

  • Civil Rulemaking:  The Latest on Proposed Modifications to Rule 23
  • Calling Their Bluff:  Using Arbitration to Gain the Upper Hand

  • High Stakes:  Anticipating the Supreme Court's Decisions in Tyson and Spokeo, and analysis of Campbell-Ewald
