2:15 - 2:30 - OPEN MIC - What's on Your Mind? - Bring some 5-minute topics to the floor - a library issue, a new genealogical resource, a successful program. Let us know in advance and we will schedule at least the first three items to share.
2:30 - 3:30 - SUNDA PETERS, OGS Past President - DNA: What is it & How to use it! - DNA is the hot topic and the genealogy librarian needs to understand the terminology, how it works, and be able to advise patrons on test choices and moral choices.
Chapter Librarians and Volunteers, Public Librarians, and even out-of-state Librarians are welcome! The OGS Library is open 9 to 5 for research - no charge for attendees or their friends. Please save this schedule if turning it in for certification or educational credit.
