BUS FUNDING REQUEST FORM
Deadline ~ Friday, February 23, 2019
Please Submit One Form Per School
Thanks to sponsor donations, the Solano County Fair Association
has a finite amount of funds to assist with transportation costs.
If your school would like to be considered for funding, a Bus Request Form
must be submitted in addition to the individual Classroom Registration Forms.
Bus Funding Requests:
~ One form per school to be submitted by the Principal.
~ Requests must be received by Friday, February 23, 2019.
~ If approved, school will be notified by email on or before February 28, 2019.
~ Invoices for actual costs must be received by the Solano County Fair Association by April 26, 2019.
~ Only invoices that are both pre-approved and submitted by the deadline will be paid by SCFA.
~ SCFA will pay the invoice directly, not to exceed the approved funding amount.
~ Schools are encouraged to consider car pooling and/or seeking donations from your local community to cover your transportation costs.
