Melissa McClement

Melissa McClement is a marketing and event specialist with more than fifteen years’ experience in product and program development and promotion across a range of industries. She has designed, implemented and managed marketing and communication strategies for programs and clients. Melissa’s true passion lies in fostering the creativity in others. Through her research in workplace innovation, she has developed interactive and informative sessions that assist individuals in re-discovering the creative side of their brain. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Melissa values outdoor time with her husband and children at Lake Shebandowan.

Kari Chiappetta

Kari Chiappetta Consulting Workshop Facilitation and Event Planning was established in 2006.Kari is a Social Worker by trade and is also a certified Life Skills Coach, Personality DimensionsTM Facilitator and Lego Serious PlayTM Facilitator.  Kari has a unique facilitation style that immediately puts people at ease and encourages dialogue and sharing.  Her enthusiasm, vision and professionalism are unparalleled. She has the ability to assess a situation and tailor a program or presentation to meet the needs of the participants. Kari has a strong ability to communicate with participants and is also able to communicate effectively and professionally with board members and high level executives.  Her strong communication style puts those around her at ease and instils confidence in those who have contracted her services.
