This will be a highly interactive workshop exploring how mobile devices are changing consumer behavior and how business owners can capitalize on it. This workshop will provide strategic advice, case studies and practical information on how to build a relationship with your customers using mobile devices. Topics that will be covered in this workshop are:

  • Changing consumer behaviors (increased reliance upon Smartphones and Social Media for search, use of Yelp and other review sites and more)
  • Google dominance (how you need to be in the game and on the map to win new customers)
  • Discussion on how to help your customers find you more easily via:
    • Mapping
    • Mobile search marketing
    • Mobile promotions
    • Email (still a powerful tool!)
    • Social Media - how to use simple, creative social media tactics (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to tell stories and build love for your brand/business. We will also cover examples of big brands getting clever and how small buisness can compete using similar tactics!
