Doreen Abubakar has been a self-employed business consultant and entrepreneur for 15 years. She specializes in niche marketing and new market expansion. She has taught entrepreneurial sessions at the New Haven Workforce Alliance. Ms. Abubakar is a certified entrepreneur trainer in the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. She is the host and producer of the New Haven Small Business Showcase on the Citizens TV New Haven channel. Ms. Abubakar has mentored aspiring and new business owners.
