Our speaker will be Mary Beth Oakes, CEO of Business Furniture and Founder and CEO of Choreo.  Early in her career at Business Furniture, Mary Beth managed the strategy and logistics associated with Business Furniture’s brand new, state-of-the-art showroom – a project that instilled in her a passion, skill and drive for managing change. And, by 1995, Mary Beth had advanced to the role of vice president of marketing and communications, bringing a fresh and thoughtful voice to the Business Furniture brand in a time of great change within the industry.

In 2008, Mary Beth co-founded and became CEO of Choreo, a certified Women Business Enterprise.  With this opportunity, Mary Beth was able to further focus her passion for change management by advancing the way companies leverage their workplace as their most strategic business and people tool.

Over the past 10 years, Mary Beth and her team at Choreo have worked with dozens of companies in a vast array of industries to maximize employee and workplace potential while minimizing the disruption associated with major moves and renovations.
