This presentation will provide an overview of practical tips to advance your leadership as a woman at all stages of your career. Each of these tips will offer pragmatic strategies that have evolved from Donna’s experiences in advancing her leadership style and roles over a 39-year career. Leading practice strategies from research and literature will also be shared. Participants will discover how Donna’s lessons learned and suggested strategies can be applied now and at future points of their career journeys.
Donna Cameron is a Partner at Guidehouse, where she leads Clinical Solutions for the Commercial Healthcare Practice. She has 39 years of healthcare experience in strategic planning, care transformation, performance improvement, organizational and process redesign, physician-hospital integration, and post-acute strategy.
Donna has worked with multiple clients to advance their transformation to value-based models reimbursement models. She has worked as a clinician, administrator, and consultant across the continuum of care. Donna has assumed multiple leadership roles in her career and is passionate about mentorship and career development for women. At Guidehouse, she is co-chair of Guidehouse’s Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN).
Donna served as President of EWHC in the early 2000’s.
