Join EWHC and our human resource team of experts as we discuss the mass exodus of workers quitting or switching jobs since Spring 2021, termed the Great Resignation.  Over 40 percent of U.S. workers are actively searching for a new job right now, or plan to soon, according to a new survey report from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  This phenomenon has signaled a marked change in how workers are viewing what is most important to them in their jobs and careers and perhaps a better name is the “Great Re-prioritization.”  We will discover the trends that are being found, share employer retention strategies, and develop management skills to incorporate into our own career journeys.  Learn what we can do as leaders to engage, grow, and retain members of our teams and explore factors to prioritize the shift in our own purposeful work.
