In this training, you will learn more about the Gateways Authorized Entity process and Guidelines for Success. We will review key policies including Authorized Entity standards, guidelines and expectations for the program as you move forward. You will learn how to access and maximize the portal and about the features available and how to use the portal to monitor registry membership, training hours and credential status for your team members. We will explore methods to understand credentials and learn how to better support your staff through the process. Learn more about the available Gateways Credentials, related application processes and the range of supports available to support you and your team. The second part of this training will be guiding you through designing effective trainings and to share quality practices for training adults. Learn the key components to understanding adult learning and engaging adults in learning. Recognize and implement learning styles and instructional strategies using multiple intelligences to create an effective learning  environment for learners. This training will explore the various components and tools which help adults learn. Writing objectives and ways to assess those objectives will be discussed in addition to techniques and processes that will improve the impact and effectiveness of your trainings.
