Games will start promptly at 7:00. Doors open at 6:00.

$6 a player.  Ages 21 & up.  Adults Only - Please no children.  Doors open at 6:00pm, enjoy light appetizers.  Limited servings per person.  Beverages available for purchase.  Bingo game will begin promptly at 7:00pm and go until 9:00pm. 

You can not bring a guest who is not registered.  Children will also not be allowed in.  Pre-payment is required via paypal or by check.  If you choose to pay by check it must be dropped off at the Sports Club (6616 Clarke Creek Parkway) within 24 hours of registration.  Your payment will hold your spot at the event. 

Highland Creek Residents Only - Do not register someone who is not a resident.  All players will be asked to show their Highland Creek ID upon entering the building.  

Tickets are non-transferable.  You can not give your ticket to someone else.  If you can not make the event please let us know, we will have a long waiting list.  

NO REFUNDS for any reason if the event goes on.  If we have to cancel the event refunds will be sent out in the form payment was received. 

*This event is dependent on the event venues capacity limits remaining where it is at the time registration opens.  If any changes are made to the State capacity limits there will be a possibility of cancellation.  If cancellation has to occur we will send out an email to those who have registered, and refunds will be sent out.  Please do not attend this event if you are experiencing COVID symptoms, or have been around someone who has tested positive for COVID.
