Early Bird option (Thursday night) includes:
- Includes early bird cropping time from 8 pm - midnight on Thursday and early admission on Friday morning. The vendors and room will be getting set up during this time.
- May be added to any package for $126 per room (not per person!) This total can be divided between all the early birds in overnight room.

Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my all-inclusive package? All meals from Friday dinner thru Sunday lunch.
What size table and space will I have? All full weekend packages and 3 day local packages come with a full 8 foot table for the weekend. 2 day and local packages will have 4-6 feet of table space depending on availability. There are large spacious aisles for each croppers rolling carts.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
What other costs are there? This is an all-inclusive package! Your meals, snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes , cropping space, and hotel taxes are all included in your package. Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities (movies, waterpark etc.), massages or reflexology appointments.
Can I use the coupoon I have from a previous crop? Yes, but only one coupon discount is allowed per crop weekend.
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- desk lamp (electric is free to your table group)
- pictures and your camara
- a covered coffee or drink mug to refill at the coffee station
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and maybe even your swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths and massages
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 playerWhat hours will the cropping room be open?
What hours will the cropping room be open? You can crop from 9 am on Friday until 5 pm on Sunday! Early birds can set up by 8 pm on Thurs.
