Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? Fri & Sat dinner served in a Private Dining Area -- no waiting. Sat and Sun: breakfast buffet open 7am -10:30 am. Lunch on your own.
What size table and space will I have? Everyone will have an 8 foot table to work on.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, list those you would like to be seated with when you register. Special gift for group organizers bringing 5 or more friends.
What other costs are there? meals, snacks, door prize tickets, make-n-takes, cropping space, & hotel taxes are all included in your package. Bring extra money for supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology.
If my friends register at a later date can they still sit with me? YES! We don't do the seating assignments until a few days before the crop starts!
Suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring pictures! Stuff to scrapbook!
- desk lamp (electric is free to your table group & an OttLite or table lamp is recommended!)
- camera
- covered drink mug to refill at the coffee/tea station
- overnight supplies,pajamas, slippers, and maybe even a swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, reflexology and massages
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player. Croppers are not allowed to play music at their seat without earphones!
What hours will the cropping room be open? You can crop from 9 am on Fri until 5 pm on Sunday! Early birds can set up from 7 pm - Midnight on Thurs.
What kind of classes should we expect? Classes will be posted a few weeks before the crop. We may have a SMASBOOK class, stamping classes, technique classes, 2 page lay-outs, and even beginner classes.
Refunds? Please see our website for the refund policy. There is a processing fee. If you cancel 0-11 days before the start date there is no guaranteed refund amount but we will do our best to refund or credit what has not been paid out on your behalf.
