at the Embassy Suites Hotel ......just a mile to the Scrapbook Expo at the Garden State Expo Center for shopping and classes on Friday and Saturday & then back to crop til ya' drop.
*Please note: at this time overnight rooms are sold out -- if you would like to register and need a room please call Kathy @ (646) 853-1861 and I will see if I can make a reservation for you. If you do not need a hotel room, register as a local attendee.

The Scrappetizer Expo Crop Weekend at the Embassy Suites offers you a FUN weekend for scrapping, stamping and papercrafting.
$60 Registration fee required to hold your space. This amount is applied toward your total package. (ie. a Full Weekend Double is $340 which breaks down to $60 deposit plus a $260 balance due!) Register by clicking the link below!

Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? The Expo Crop 2014 includes 4 meals: a full dinner on Fri and Sat evenings and breakfast on both Sat & Sun at the Embassy Suites made-to order breakfast buffet. There will be snacks and late night treats provided.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
Does this include admission to the Scrapbook Expo? No, you will purchase that separately at www.scrapbookexpo.com
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on Aug 20, 2014. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by check or credit card.
Tables? Tables are limited at this venue so here are your options ---1) waiting list for upgrades to a full 6 foot --- 2) you may either bring a small side table --space permitting 3) you may request a 6 food round table to share with 1 other person -- I have 2 of these still available.
What other costs are there? Your meals listed above are included along with snacks, prize tickets, cropping space, and hotel taxes. Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, massages or reflexology appointments. The Embassy Suites hascomplimentary wireless in the suites and atrium but not always in the meeting rooms. There is a business center on-site .
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- pictures, camara, memorabilia
- a covered coffee or drink mug, your favorite keurig cups
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and maybe even your swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop begins at 10:00 am on Friday and ends at 4:00 pm on Sunday!
