We are moving to the Hilton Garden Inn Edison, NJ .....only a mile from the NJ Conference and Expo Center where the Scrapbook Expo has moved for 2017. You can crop day and night and of course be close to the expo for shopping on Friday and Saturday & then back again to crop with your pals.
We have an amazing location and fabulous hotel price -- this crop will fill quickly!!!

includes:
- reserved crop space 11AM on Friday thru 4PM Sunday. (It is possible that we will be able to add Early Bird on Thursday night -- at a minimum we will have a space for you to drop off of your crop items on Thursday evening)
- Everyone will have a 4 foot space (or 1/2 of an 8 foot table) . You can upgrade to a larger space.
- Our room block will fill up fast because we have such a great rate
- The only meal included this year is breakfast. It is included for all of our overnight guests. All other meals are on your own. There is an amazing diner across the parking lot and many options for delivery.
- We will have our Keurig and snack station open.
- Massages & reflexology by appointment if minimum # of guests register.
- use of our tool station with Cricut machines.
- The hotel is lovely, and only a short distance from the new Expo location.

Our room block is available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night rooms. The rate is fantastic but you must register in our room block:
$119 per night (single or double occupancy)

Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? The Expo Crop 2017 only includes the breakfast buffet for those with an overnight room.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
Does this include admission to the Scrapbook Expo? No, you will purchase that separately at www.scrapbookexpo.com
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on July 24, 2017. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by check will receive invoice.
Table space? Everyone will have a 4 foot space (1/2 of an 8 foot table) You can upgrade to 6 foot table.
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- pictures, camara, memorabilia
- a lamp is always a good idea. the lighting is good but usually you want a lamp too.
- a covered coffee or drink mug, your favorite keurig cups
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop begins at 11:00 am on Friday and ends at 4:00 pm on Sunday! (we might start earlier on Friday --tbd)
