2022 NCAFPM Membership Renewal Revised 

This form may be used for memberships renewals. Membership is renewed on a calendar year basis, and is due by January 31, 2021 for all members.

As you recall we transitioned to a new database last year so please take time to look at the information on your invoice and update anything that may have changed on the registration form. Even if your invoice shows a zero balance due, please take the time to enter a new registration page to keep our records up to date.

There are options to pay the amounts due shown on your invoice by credit card using PayPal (a PayPal account is not required to use this feature) or by mailing a check.
