Please note: We are required to submit the list of all attendees to the Base Security Department.

Per CNICINST 5530.14A CH-2, dated 6JUN16;  all non-DoD personnel must be vetted (background check) in order to have unescorted access to the installation. Your SSN and DOB is required by the Regional Processing Center to conduct the background check ahead of the visit.  

The day before or the day of the Summit please proceed to the Pass Office to receive a Visitor's Pass. Have 2 types of IDs with you - Driver's License and Passport.

You may proceed directly to the Main Gate (Visitor Pass is not required) if you are part of the Trusted Travelers program and have one the following types of IDs :

 Active Duty Military Members - CAC ID
Reserve Members - CAC ID
Military Dependents (age 16 or older) - Military ID
Retired Military Members - Military ID (TESLIN Card)
DoD Civil Service Employees - CAC ID
