PCMH 2017 Standards Training

Join us for PCMH 2017 Standards Training with expert Susan Crocetti from Qualis Health on June 20 - 21, 2017 at Fairmont Hot Springs. This training will provide an overview of the brand new PCMH 2017 standards from NCQA. 

• Interpret the intent of the NCQA 2017 PCMH standards
• Discuss the transformational concepts the standards support
• Review the newly re-designed survey process and submission requirements
• Receive practical advice on how to operationalize the changes needed for NCQA recognition

Registration cost is waived for Montana CHC staff. Non-CHC staff or CHC staff outside of Montana will be billed $150 by MPCA. The bill will be sent to the email address of registrant.
