Duquesne University

Duquesne University opened a new Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management in 2018. The Center focuses on how information systems and technology can enhance the management of complex, integrated supply chains. The facility has classrooms, negotiation simulation rooms, a maker space, and meeting and presentation facilities that can be used for many activities. Students and business professionals will learn how to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of supply chains by using advanced planning, scheduling, procurement management, transportation, and warehouse management systems and technologies.

The professional development meeting will provide the participants the opportunity to see the facility and network with other supply chain professionals. Duquesne University faculty will give a presentation on the Supply Chain Management program’s degrees, classes, and facilities. 

Parking is available in the Duquesne University Forbes Avenue garage after 5:00 PM for only 6 dollars.

Registration is limited to 45 participants.
