November is National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness month; the most common type of dementia. The CDC, Centers for Disease Control, states that the symptoms of the disease can first appear after age 60 and the risk increases with age. Memory loss is the first thing that comes to mind when we think of signs and/or symptoms. But there are other things to look for when we think someone, we know may have Alzheimer’s.
In November, we will learn about the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's and the resources available to the Tucson community.
