Equipment rentals are not included. Squire John's Ski Shop provides onsite equipment rental. Call 705-445-4606. Participants will be required to sign a waiver.

Covid-19 Policy:

Currently the club’s policy that will be in effect at the time of the event, everyone must be fully vaccinated (plus 14 days) to attend and will be required to show proof of vaccination and valid photo ID.  Everyone must wear a mask while indoors and it may be removed when seated for meals.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event and a $25 administrative fee will apply.  After that time, no refunds will be permitted. “No Shows” will not receive a refund.  Substitutions are permitted.

In case of severe weather, SWA will make all efforts to reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be issued due to weather.

If Ontario Government restrictions regarding Covid-19 affect this event, we will notify registrants and provide a full refund.
