Cancellation Policy

• Should you wish to cancel your registration, refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event and a $25 administrative fee will apply.  After that time, no refunds will be permitted.  "No Shows" will not receive a refund, however, substitutions are permitted.

• Should IIBEC SOC cancel the event due to the pandemic, we will notify you before June 21 and a full refund will be issued.
