Sponsor Form for Daddy Daughter Sweetheart Ball 2020 

The Daddy Daughter Sweetheart Ball is the premier event in New Bern to recognize the special bond and love between dads and daughters.  And as a sponsor, you are making a difference in the lives of many in our community working hard to better their lives through improved literacy skills.  This event would not be possible without the support of our sponsors.

Along with the items listed below, a $500 or higher sponsorship includes reserved seats available next to the dance floor (but there are a limited number of these seats).  And remember, if you aren't going to use the tickets that come with your sponsorship, let us know and they can be donated to someone who would otherwise not be able to attend (maybe a policeman, sheriff's deputy, fireman, active military, or veteran).  The Title Sponsor and Bear Sponsor are already sold.  Send in your sponsorship ASAP to reserve your seats and get your tickets early.

This event sells out every year.  With this sponsorship, you are guarenteed tickets before they go on sale to the public.  So don't wait!
