As with all AFP Greater Madison chapter meetings both members and non-members are welcome to join us. This two hour meeting will include networking, buffet luncheon, our annual meeting and an event planning open house.December's luncheon promises to be both informative and fun, we hope to see you there.

As always, our brief but important annual meeting will include the presentation of the annual report and a vote on the board slate for 2016.

Area vendors including professional event planners, rental companies, printers, and venues will be present to share the latest and greatest in awesome events.

AFP Greater Madison Cancellation and Refund Policy

In order for AFP Greater Madison to confirm meals and seating with the venue, cancellations must be received in writing via email or U.S. mail at least 48 business hours before the start of an event to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time, or by other means.  You may always send an alternate to an event without additional charge.
Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
