AFP Greater Madison October Chapter Luncheon

Inclusive Leadership: Championing Diversity, Inclusion and Equity

Deborah Biddle Presenter: Deborah Biddle, High Performance Development Solutions LLC

We all want innovation, productivity and funding to flow through our nonprofits. How do we foster an organization that thrives on embracing difference? How can we redirect any anxiety around differences toward expectancy about better preparation, alternate viewpoints and astonishing results? For many nonprofit organization diversity can prove difficult. Nevertheless, nonprofit leaders can and should work to foster healthy, diverse and inclusive environments and teams. In this session, we will discuss your role as diversity, inclusion and equity champion within your organization and present strategies that have worked in the nonprofit community.

Chapter Members are invited to join us for FREE for this event.  If you are a current member of AFP Greater Madison and did not receive the Promo Code, please contact, Erin, at admin@madisonafp.com.
