December 12 Presbytery Meeting

Please join the Presbytery of West Virginia for the December 12 Presbytery meeting at Ronceverte Presbyterian Church. Since this was rescheduled from November 15, both the meeting packet and the orientation video will not change, and both are posted on our website's homepage.

Please remember that the presbytery no longer prints meeting packets except upon request. The packet was emailed on November 6 to those who receive our newsletter, and it is posted on the presbytery website; please either print a copy at home or download the packet in advance to view on your phone or tablet as wifi will not be available at the church on the day of the meeting. If you wish to request a printed packet from the presbytery, please contact the office by December 10. (If you requested one for the November 15 meeting, please send another request.)

The Presbytery is now providing an opportunity to engage in mission at each Stated Presbytery Meeting, with each Presbytery Commissioner encouraged to bring an item designated by the host church to benefit one of its missions. For the December 12 Presbytery Meeting, Ronceverte Presbyterian Church has requested new or gently used children's books for grades K-4, which will be donated to the Read Aloud program at Ronceverte Elementary School. 

The deadline for childcare and advance registration is December 3. It is important to register in advance so lunch will be prepared for you; if you miss this deadline, lunch may not be available. Ministers and churches who need to request an excused absence should contact the presbytery office directly at 304-744-7634 or office@wvpresbytery.org.
