An energetic presence, Tim serves as trusted advisor to people who walk through life with a role of building business relationships. He is well-known for his work, study, and commitment to rebuilding trust in a low-trust business environment. He is the founder of Trustpointe, a Sandler Training company, and is the 2019 recipient of the David H. Sandler Award, which is the top Sandler award voted on by his global peers.

A voracious reader with an unquenchable desire to be challenged, Tim’s reading habit gives him the edge in knowledge about motivation, the human mind, and the role of trust in business relationships. A certified Behavioral Analyst Tim also has certification in Gestalt Therapy and Harvard Law School’s renown Program on Negotiation.

Tim is a former member of the Indiana Psychology Commission and the Indiana Judicial Qualifications and Nomination Commission.
