Flavors of Summer with Chef Suman Shah of Fork on the Road!

Come join us for a demo with Suman Shah of Fork on a Road as she takes us into her kitchen and cooks up a delicious vegetarian recipe straight from the farmers market that is flavored by her unique spice blends. We'll make a potato salad and take it to a new flavor town with her five spice vinaigrette. Suman will teach us her delicious squash croquettes, using some tender summer squash and fresh basil.

Suman Shah, the founder of Fork on a Road, finds mindfulness in cooking, which translates into a sense of joy that comes from making something with love. She started this local company that offers vegetarian & vegan meal kits and specially blended spices which are globally inspired, with a focus on seasonal & wholesome flavors from the local farmers markets. Suman's recipes reflect her passion for locally grown food, and stories that bring us together over a meal. Her recipes turn complex flavors into simple recipes that any home cook can follow with ease. Find a full range of products and recipes, at www.forkonaroad.com and on Instagram @forkonaroad
