How can we build an ecosystem in the Upstate that supports business growth and innovation?

Andy Stoll, Senior Program Officer, Ecosystem Development Entrepreneurship at the Kauffman Foundation will join us by Skype to launch a discussion on formalizing an entrepreneur support ecosystem in the Upstate.

Laura Corder, Managing Director of the SC Department of Commerce Office of Innovation will also be in attendance to discuss innovation in entrepreneurship.

During this workshop the group will formulate a plan to continue supporting our entrepreneurs as we guide them to greater success. We will decide how to continue to foster entrepreneurial growth at all levels, how to organize a sustainable system and the problems we are solving so that we can identify our goals and upcoming activities.

At the end of the day, we will have a framework and defined next steps for formalizing our regional ecosystem to support innovation, entrepreneurs, new ventures, growing businesses and small businesses.
