The Los Angeles and Orange County Posts of the Society of American Military Engineers and The United Sates Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District are pleased to invite you to the 97th Annual Holiday Ball and Awards Gala on Saturday December 9, 2017 at the Historic Fort MacArthur.

The evening includes a welcome reception, casino games, dinner, dancing, and a raffle! All raffle proceeds will support our STEM scholarship fund (we have some great prizes this year!). Sponsors are invited to attend a private, invitation-only reception hosted by the District Commander, COL Kirk Gibbs.

• Commander’s Reception ($1,200) - Includes entrance for 6 (six) guests to Private Commander’s Reception and Holiday Ball, logo recognition in slide show, recognition during welcome remarks, and your company logo represented at Commander’s Reception. Act fast, only two sponsorships available!
• Ace of Spades ($800) - Includes entrance for 4 (four) guests to Private Commander’s Reception and Holiday Ball, logo recognition in slide show, recognition during welcome remarks, and your company logo represented on the raffle tables.
• King of Diamonds ($600) - Includes entrance for 3 (three) guests to Private Commander’s Reception and Holiday Ball, logo recognition in slide show, recognition during welcome remarks, and your company logo represented on the dessert tables.
• Casino Table Sponsorship ($500 each) - Includes entrance for 2 (two) guests to Private Commander’s Reception and Holiday Ball, Sponsor the table of your choice (Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker), recognition during welcome remarks and logo recognition in slide show.

• Color Guard Sponsor (*$500) - Includes sponsorship of 6 (six) Color Guard attendees for the Holiday Ball, logo recognition in slide show, recognition during welcome remarks, and 30 raffle tickets.*NOTE: This sponsorship does not include entrance to the holiday ball. However, Color Guard Sponsor & Guest are invited to Commander's Reception. 
• Sponsor a Military or Civil Service Member - If you would like to sponsor a Military or Civil Service member you may pay for their registration at check out. Anyone who sponsors a military or civil service member will receive 15 Raffle Tickets.
