2019 Women & Technology Conference
INSPIRE. EDUCATE. CONNECT.
This year's Women & Technology Conference, to be held October 21, will feature inspiring women speakers on the cutting edge of technology, value-added panel discussions, quality networking and more. Technology touches all aspects of life, and the information shared at the conference will be relevant to all industry sectors and educational institutions.
Who should attend? Women working in technology fields as well as those interested in pursuing, or migrating to, a technology-focused career. In addition, anyone interested in exploring ways to bridge the tech gender gap and inspiring future generations of girls to pursue STEM fields is encouraged to attend.
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Charleston, WV. A special discounted room rate of $129 (plus tax) is available for conference attendees for the night of October 20. Registration Fees and Payment
- Early registration fee (through October 11): $105
- Regular registration fee (October 12-21): $120
- Student registration fee: $65 (Qualifying students are in WV K-12, 2-year and 4-year higher ed institutions.)
An early registration fee of $105 is available to conference registrants through Friday, October 11. After October 11, the registration fee is $120. Students can register at a special discounted rate of $65. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and snacks.
The registration fee can be paid via credit card, PayPal or by check.
If you would like to pay with a check, please make it payable to TechConnect West Virginia and mail before October 16 to the address below. Please include "Women & Technology Conference" in the subject line on the check.
