Whites Working Toward Ending Racism

Join us for a free workshop entitled Whites Working Toward Ending Racism
Ann Todd Jealous, retired MFT, and Caroline Haskell, LCSW, will help participants, who identify as white, learn to:
  •  Deepen their skills for being an effective ally to members of targeted groups,
  •  Gain increased awareness of the daily impact of racism on people of color, and
  •  Heal from the ways that racism has wounded our own humanity.
Jealous and Haskell are co-authors and co-editors of the book, Combined Destinies; Whites Sharing Grief About Racism.
We will gather in the Fireplace Room of the Unitarian Universalist Church, 490 Aguajito Rd., Carmel.
This workshop is co-sponsored by the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) and Whites for Racial Equity.

There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome to ensure that our work to end racism and other forms of oppression continues.

Note: Registration is limited so we encourage you to register soon in order to reserve your seat.
