This year's theme, 'A Province that Works For Everyone,' will focus on building stronger boards, more visionary community development and a framework for social policy in BC.
Conference Participants: We encourage boards to send at least one representative, although we'll be happy to welcome as many as you wish to send. Bring your ED!
Both member and non-member agencies are welcome!
CANCELLATION POLICY
The last day to cancel registration and receive a full refund is November 01, 2013. After this date, registrants who cancel OR do not attend will remain responsible for payment of the full registration fee and will be invoiced as needed. Registrations are transferrable. Please call the office to have name changed.

You must make your own hotel bookings/travel arrangements and cover these costs in accordance with the policies of your own organization. As special rate for rooms is being extended to 4:00 pm, Thursday, November 7, 2013 as long as rooms are available. To ensure a room at the special price, it is advised that you book your room as soon as possible.
Parking at the hotel is free for registered conference participants. You will be provided with the link to register your vehicle in the confirmation message, as well as in the follow-up email - please watch for it. This hotel is a smoke free hotel. Restaurants on property that are not operated by the hotel may not participate in the smoke free policy. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will post a $200 cleaning fee to the account of any quests who smoke in their guest room.
MEMBER AGENCY Travel Assistance:
Board Voice is committed to full participation by organizations from across British Columbia. As in other years, we expect to have available a limited travel subsidy for member organizations from outside Metro Vancouver who require assistance in order to participate (one subsidy per agency).
Subsidy availability depends on fund-raising. Last year, subsidies of up to $300 were granted due to a number of larger agencies who provded grants to the Bringing Us Together Fund. Our sincere thanks to those agencies who supported our members last year.

Hildy is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post and the Chronicle of Philanthropy, where she hosts the Making Change podcast, and she is the author of several books, including her most recent The Pollyanna Principles: Reinventing 'Nonprofit Organizations' to Create the Future of Our World.
