Due to COVID-19 we are unable to conduct the Expanding Your FOS Toolkit class in Houston.  We are offering an online interactive class with the below agenda at no charge. Throughout this training, our subject matter experts will help ensure you are getting the most out of all aspects of your FOS scheduling program.  Take your pick from the topics below and follow through to the registration page.  

Course Agenda

 


Trip Building & Management This session is FOS at its core. Building and managing all aspects of a trip, including trip details, segments, leg service coordination, passenger manifests, crew manifests and all relevant details to managing all of your trips and aircraft activity throughout the system.

Crew Legality This topic will go through the comprehensive system designed to track regulatory compliance and to provide conflict advisement within FOS. The areas of regulations setup, currency requirements and the associated warning systems for both will be discussed in detail.

Crew Scheduling & Activity Management How to manage all of your personnel schedules is the primary focus, but this session will also include methods for activity management, code configuration and additional schedule displays to aide in the scheduling and reporting of crew and personnel.

Crew Training This in-depth session will cover the how and why to setting up your training program so that it can be tracked in FOS. Inclusive of company training, position or role specific training and all training required by flight crew members by regulation, both inside and outside of an aircraft. Other personnel training can also be configured and discussed.

Quote Setup & Quoting Creating accurate quote itineraries and costs will be the focus of this topic. Also included will be managing client information within the quote, additional cost management, scheduling quotes and assessing financial feasibility of trips.

Checklist & City Pairs This complex topic will provide the knowledge required to setup and manage checklists throughout trips and legs in FOS. Establishing core checklists, applying different checklists to trips or legs and managing these tasks will be covered.

Schedule Boards, Defaults and Display Settings The goal for this topic is to become comfortable with the schedule boards and displays within FOS, and the tools for filtering and modifying these to your operational needs. This includes the schedule board, timeline, calendar view, defaults & display settings, color key and scheduling parameters.

SIFL / Cost Centers & Chargebacks Tracking financial accountability for trips is critical for many, and this session will cover the areas of FOS designed to manage corporate chargebacks, cost-center allocation and Imputed Income tracking and reporting.

FOS & FOS Mobile User Mangement This session will cover the setup and configuration of individual users/devices, access permissions for the application and other administrative considerations for deploying and managing the mobile applications.

Reporting & Crystal Reports Reporting capabilities for FOS can be detailed and extensive. Our reporting team can help create a solid foundation in database structure, report design, best practices for table linking and much more in order to facilitate your reporting requirements.
