Finally, summer’s in full swing! Tonight, we are enjoying warm-climate wines that will be equally at home at a summer block party, at an ocean-side cookout or on your front porch. Chef Author will be grilling up a delicious menu that celebrates summer, a slower pace and the freshest ingredients from our Virginia gardens.
Standard Menu:
- Poached Jail Island Salmon, beside Bibb Lettuce tossed in Meyer Lemon Oil
- Pork and Shrimp Tostadas with Mango Avocado Salsa, Garlic Cream and "Dirty" Rice
- Raspberry Cheesecake
Vegetarian/Gluten Free menu:
- Braised Baby Fennel with Bibb Lettuce, Meyer Lemon Oil

Tickets are $55/pp and include four wines and a farm to fork meal from Chef Author.
The Vine is a monthly women's wine dinner served at 868 Estate Vineyards. Four courses, four wines, door prizes and more! Join us in the welcoming environment of Grandale to drink carefully selected wines, eat wonderful food from Chef Author and enjoy the company of lively women. Event tickets are non- refundable.
