A chance meeting between Cabernet Franca and Sauvignon Blanc created Cabernet Sauvignon, the world's most popular red wine grape.  It's now grown in nearly every major wine producing country in the world, across an amazing spectrum of climates and conditions. 

Join us to taste Cab Sauv from different regions of the world and enjoy a meal paired by Chef Thomas for highlighting the subtleties of each.
