Are you craving sand, surf and a supportive circle? Join Indigo Connection Founder and EFT Master Trainer Betsy Muller for a 5 day retreat in a luxurious oceanfront home with a pool, hot tub and private beach.
Our destination is The Isle of Palms, a beautiful oasis just minutes from historic Charleston and a quick 18 mile Uber ride from the Charleston Airport.
Join a group of kind and interesting women who will welcome you and help you immediately feel accepted and included. We'll swim, hike, meditate, bike, visit historic sites, paddle, tap, dance, create and nurture a grounded and calm connection to our lives and the way we serve. Because we have access to a wonderful kitchen, we will share shopping and meal preparation to keep it healthy and delicious. We have 5 bedrooms 41/2 baths as well as outdoor showers so that we can share the space with ease. Check out the property on this link
Your Retreat fee includes 5 nights in a shared room (with linens and towels provided), snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, 2-Hour Guided walking tour in historic Charleston, daily beach stretches, movement, EFT tapping circles, 2-hour group kayak excursion, access to bikes and beach chairs. 1 hour of EFT mentoring and/or private coaching or EFT intervention for each participant is also available and included if requested.
Each participant is responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat house. Nonstop airfare is available on Breeze Airlines through Akron Canton Airport at very attractive rates ($110-248 Round trip). We will share grocery shopping and meal preparation. Optional tours, spa services and activities may be available at additional cost.

Are you hesitating? Let's address your concerns:
1. The retreat starts on Mother's Day - I want to be home with my family
That's valid, but you might just be able to have your cake and eat it to. Our retreat doesn't start until 4PM. You can have breakfast in bed or brunch with your family, then head to the airport for your flight. What better way to really celebrate mom. Heck - ask for this week as your Mother's Day gift.
2. It's so much more expensive than previous Indigo Connection retreats
Our retreats in the past were 2 nights. This one is 5 nights at a luxurious oceanfront location with a huge private beach, pool, hot tub and more goodies you can read about in the details. It's also just a short drive to historic Charleston at a time of year when the weather is comfortable and the crowds are smaller. We avoid hurricane season too! You are worth it, especially after you missed travel during the COVID years. Invest in YOU.
3. I'm not sure this group is right for me
Do you enjoy learning, love natural beauty, enjoy being outdoors, eating healthy food, being inspired to your highest creativity, being seeing and heard? If you are seeking interesting, intelligent, considerate new friends and the company of like minds, this is your group. Some of us are small business owners, and others are actively employed. Retirees and students welcome too. If you are a whiner, complainer and have a hard time finding enjoyment in simple (or luxurious) things, please stay home.
4. I need more details. What exactly will happen each day?
Each day will flow with the weather and the interests of the group. Individuals are always encouraged to choose what's best for their needs. We anticipate there will be daily sunrise mediation, beach yoga, water aerobics in our pool, long walks by the water, lounging with good books, creative activities, journalling, biking, cooking healthy recipes in our own kitchen, naturalist guided kayak tour, EFT tapping techniques and group sharing, movie nights and bonfires. As the group is confirmed, we will do additional planning to meet the needs of the collective group.
5. Can I invite my friends, sister, mom or daughter?
Please do! If they like you, we will love and welcome them as well.
