This project seeks to deliver the training to farmers and agri-business professionals across Canada and to collaborate on a national progrom for the benefit of agriculture country-wide. Today 97% of Canadians have no direct link to the farm and therefore no connections to modern-day farming. In addition, consumers are asking how their food is produced and want assurance that the food they eat is healthy, safe and resposisbly produced. Here's an opportunity to assist them with making the connections between the farm gate and the food on their plates.
