MAC Eid Festival Eid Al-Fitr 2017 - Bazaar Registration

Muslim Association of Canada is hosting its 42nd annual Eid Festival on June 25, 2017 at the Enercare Centre. With thousands of families attending the Eid prayer and thousands more attending the festival for the sake of its vibrant and exciting carnival as well as a tempting bazaar containing vendors from businesses such as yours - the event is bound to be an inevitable success for you and our community!

The Eid Festival promises a multicultural bazaar filled with creative, talented, and skilled vendors from a variety of different artistic and cultural backgrounds! The bazaar featured in Eid al Fitr festival will include varieties of clothing, books, jewellery, toys, kitchen- and houseware, and unique Canadian culture. We are excited to present you with a fantastic business opportunity at an event yielding over 10,000 attendees annually!

Every year we listen to vendors' feedback and make the best changes to accomodate vendor needs and requests! We aim to satisfy our vendors and their customers!

What's New in 2017?

1- A new Bazaar-Carnival layout. The new bazaar layout will be surrounded by a variety of carnival games to allow an increase in flow around the bazaar.

2- PASS BOOK! Each attendant will be provided with a pass book. The ones who collect 10 stamps from 10 different bazaar vendors will enter a raffle to win a prize.

3- Early Bird prices: vendors who register before June 20, 2017 will get the early bird prices. Booth prices will increase by $100 after June 20, 2017.

4- New attractions: this Eid will include new activities that will run during the day until 6pm. This includes Canada's 150 kids art contest, cup of culture, multicultural performance, and activities for people with disabilities.

5- Extra space: Use of extra space in-front of the rented booth will not be accepted. Vendors who wish to obtain extra space must indicate the amount of extra space they require in the registration form.

Move-In Time:

The move-in and setup time for the bazaar will be from 5:00pm to 11:00pm on Saturday, June 24th, 2017.

Move-Out Time:

The Eid Festival will be closed at 8pm on Sunday June 25th, 2017. All vendors will be expected to leave the Festival before 10:00pm.

Cancellation Rules:

- Cancellation of booth reservations prior to June 10, 2017 is subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

- No refunds due to booth space cancellation will be granted on or after June 10, 2017.
