His passion is to help his clients Prepare for Practice Ownership, Grow and Expand their practice to help them to leave a legacy they can be proud of. He is currently working with Citibank Healthcare Practice Finance to grow and expand their practice finance division.

Cecilia Chen, Esq., Law Offices of Cecilia Chen

Prior to starting her own firm, Cecilia worked at two corporate boutique firms in Virginia and San Diego doing complex M&A transactions, corporate financing for start-ups, and commercial lease drafting. Her experience as a corporate attorney has assisted her immensely in her own practice serving dentists, orthodontists, veterinarians, optometrists, and dental labs throughout the country. Today, she provides counsel to clients on purchase and sale transactions, contracts and leases, partnerships and buyouts, entity formation, and dental service organizations. Ms. Chen is admitted to the bars of California and Virginia and is an active member in the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyer's Club.
