A special day reserved just for Homeschool students, parents, and other small groups! Book your group, large or small, and join other groups for a fun and educational outing.  Here are all the details:

• When: Tuesday, September 17th.  Check-in is from 9:30am-10:00am.  All participants must be checked in prior to the 10:00am start time; late arrivals may not be accommodated. Guided tour and activities are from 10:00 am-12:00 noon.  Feel free to stay after your guided tour has concluded and enjoy everything Huber's has to offer.  U-pick other seasonal fruits and vegetables, shop for fresh produce in the Farm Market, grab lunch at the Starlight Cafe (or pack your own and picnic in the Family Farm Park!), or just enjoy the rest of the day in the Farm Park.    
• Where: The Family Farm Park and Orchards at Huber's Orchard & Winery; 19816 Huber Rd, Borden, IN
• What: A fun and educational outing, designed to enhance and complement any educational program for all ages, with an emphasis on farming and agriculture.  Meet "Johnny Appleseed" and hear about farming practices 200 years ago, see how apples are picked and sorted in our facility, then head out to the orchards to pick your own apples and finish with a wagon ride.  All-day admission to the Family Farm park is included with every ticket.
• Who & How Much: Open to children of any age, not just school-age children.  Student and adult tickets are only $8.00 each; tickets are required for each child over 12 months of age and all adult chaperones, but there is no minimum ticket purchase required. Purchase for two or twenty and take advantage of this unique experience usually reserved for large groups.  
• Everything Else: Chaperones are required for each group of students regardless of size, and chaperones must purchase a ticket (so they can join in the fun as well!).The Family Farm Park will be open to the public but no additional public tours will be booked on Homeschool Day.  All tickets must be purchased online in advance of the event.  Sorry, refunds are not available once tickets have been purchased and space allocated. Space is limited, so book early!
