September 2019 Dinner Meeting

A friendly reminder that the $20 we charge for members and guest to eat is the actual cost for the meal. We do not make extra money each month, in fact, we usually just break even, and it's worse when we have no shows. We want to be able to continue to provide a great monthly meeting so as of January 2019, the former Board of Directors approved these changes and the new Board wIll continue to honor them.

PRICE INCREASE beginning January, 2019.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, we must regrettably increase the price for meals attendees who have NOT pre-registered via email or via Act Blue.  And we must charge those attendees who do register for meals but do not attend. 

The University Club has instituted a price increase while simultaneously tightening their cancellation policies. This means that DWWC must make some changes in how we manage our lunch/dinner registrations. 

• Members and guests who pre-register will still pay $20 for meals.

• Members and guests may Register and Pay at the Door but Paying Online is preferred with a credit card via ActBlue.

Guests who have not pre-registered but wish to eat lunch/dinner will be charged $22 on the day of the meeting and no shows who Registered to Pay at the Door will receive an email request for $22.00 to cover the cost of the meal.
