It is crucial for nonprofit boards and the executive director to understand how to work and partner together as well as understand the roles of each. This session will help you understand the roles and how to effectively work together.

It's also a great series for Executive Directors and staff that need to understand more about the roles and expectations of board members and how to keep them engaged.
